Introduction
Lake Eland Game Reserve situated 35km from Port Shepstone, South Coast, Kwa-Zulu Natal, a Game Lodge with conference and function facilities, is seeking an experienced Financial Controller.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Processing and Management of Creditors and Debtors
- Processing Payroll
- Monthly Revenue Reconciliation, Analysis and Reporting
- Assistance with Audits and Stock Control
- Management of financial and legal compliance for the business
- Documenting business processes and policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Ad-hoc assistance to the Directors and General Manager
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Experience using Pastel Partner Accounting or another reputable accounting software
- Experience using a reputable Payroll Software
- Competent in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Income Tax, PAYE, VAT
- Experience using a reputable ERP software system would be beneficial
- Matric
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
