Our client based in Rustenburg, North West is seeking a driven and strong-willed Operations Manager that will excel in a fast-paced retail/FMCG environment and thrive under pressure.
Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric.
- Relevant qualification.
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role in a Retail/FMCG environment.
- Valid driver’s licence.
Duties and responsibilities:
- The upkeeping of Store Standards.
- Identifying new franchise opportunities.
- Instore campaigns, such as birthday savings, new store openings and relaunches, ect.
- Growing existing business basket with members (GP’s, margins, profit, P and L analysis, etc).
- Achieving specific budgets for the region and other KPA’s (Private label, Nett profit before Tax, new store numbers and private label).
- Being a custodian for the brand.
- Coordinating promotional campaigns (Regional and National promotions).
- Drawing up and analysing budgets and ensuring that it is kept to.
- Maintain and build excellent Franchisor and Franchisee relationships
- Conducting regional franchisee meetings
- Managing regional merchandiser’s cycle.
