Introduction

A well-established law firm based in Cape Town CBD has an opening for a Junior Conveyancer.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Attend to Bonds, Transfers and Estate Transfers
  • Manage Property Transactions and Transfers
  • Draft contracts and legal opinions relating to all aspects of property law
  • Attend to the Deeds Office and assist with removal of notes, registrations and all attendances
  • Implement systems to assist the firm to offer services more effectively

Package & Remuneration

R18 000 – R20 000
