Introduction
An exciting opportunity exists for a high flying Honours/ Masters Senior Project Manager in the Industrial development sector. This candidate needs to be very analytical and able to communicate strategically and facilitate strategic bench marking sessions with stakeholders and executives. This candidate will be responsible for managing the full project lifespan as well as managing/ coaching the Graduate Project Managers. This candidate will be facilitating the full project management life cycle.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for the full project management lifespan
Strategically facilitate bench marking sessions with executives and stakeholders
Management of the Junior Project Managers
Coach/develop Junior Project Managers
Facilitate research projects
Budget utilization and forecast reporting
Contract management
Facilitate sessions with clients
Desired Experience & Qualification
Honours/ Masters degrees in Economics/ Environmental Sciences
3-5 years’ experience in industrial development
Project Management experience
60% + averages

Package & Remuneration
R550 000 CTC – R700 000 CTC per annum
