Bank Reconciliation Officer

Requirements:

• Minimum N6 Electro-Mechanical with 6 years post qualification experience / National Diploma Electrical Engineering with 5 years post qualification experience or in a similar role
• Experience working on Electrical engineering,Civil engineering, construction and infrastructure projects
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and building trades
• Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques
• Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings
• Knowledge of the following:
  • Infrastructure management.
  • Building trades and equipment maintenance procedures
  • Electrical systems
  • Heat ventilation and air conditioning (Hvac)
  • Facilities management
  • Occupational Health and Safety Act

KPAs:

• Prepare facilities for meetings
• Liaise with professional people, suppliers, representatives, agents and workers e.g. for the obtaining of quotations, placing of orders, receiving of goods and during the supervisory and monitoring role during work that needs to be done
• Do maintenance and repair work – all “minor” maintenance and repair work inside and outside all buildings when necessary
• Purchase maintenance materials, tools and equipment as required and to control stock thereof
• Inspecting buildings, maintaining inventory, and scheduling repair
• Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance
• Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities
