Duties & Responsibilities
Qualifications and Experience:
- CA(SA) or BCOM
- 7 years’ experience in Project Finance
- Experience of projects from feasibility studies to financial close
- Mining, Infrastructure or energy industry experience (essential)
- Staff management experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Modelling
- Project finance (transaction cycle / project timelines)
- Implementation of fund raising or transaction advisory project
- Co-ordinate feasibility studies
- Manage modellers allocated to projects
- Manage sub-contractors
