Executive Personal Assistant Bellville Cape Town
This is not a Corporate Executive PA position – This position is for a Private Residence Family.
Our client is looking for an Executive Personal Assistant for their household and other residential properties, who can manage the directors time, lifestyle schedule, household staff and all activities related to the household. Must have managed a private household or a guesthouse or hotel.
Salary up to R 25000 plus benefits Normal working hours, not a live-in position
Candidate should have worked in a highly private setting for individuals or have been managing directors or CEO’s personal lives.
Grade 12 and relevant diplomas
Comfortable using a computer and various apps and programs like Google, Google drive, Trello, and WhatsApp.
Great attention to detail and ability to train, manage and hire staff.
Comfortable in project management of a wide variety of projects
Driver’s license and own car
5 years’ experience in Executive Personal Assistant duties or any job similar to this position

Duties and responsibilities
Personal family admin
Managing and implementing tasks required such as gathering information, research, quoting requirements for repairs and maintenance, completing outstanding issues, managing payments, filing of invoices, running errands.
Managing personal diaries and appointments for the family like restaurants, beauty appointments, personal trainers
Sourcing new contacts and service providers for the household and other residences
Managing staff at different residences / houses
HR functions, Sourcing, disciplinary procedures, and staff enrichment
Manage Maintenance, repairs, furniture repairs and protect, supplier and service deliveries management, council, and billing issues.
Travelling to other properties if needed
Travel Arrangements for the family
See to Vehicle maintenance, repairs, and licensing.
Plan and execute functions at the home.
All inhouse purchasing and stock ordering.
Handling stock control
Together with the house staff see to Household organisation, labelling and cleaning out of closets and clothing.
All training and instructions to be supplied by the director.
