Introduction

If you have business development experience working with variou African countries, this is an opportunity for you. My client in the engineering space is looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to join thier team

Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Research potential markets and client visits and organise sales promotions
  • Ensuring that existing clients are maintained and retained while developing new customers
  • Ensuring that all sales and marketing activities are carried out within given time scales
  •    Freight calculations including costing, mark-ups and exchange rates
  •    Generating sales and building client base in African countries

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualification: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification

Trade Test would be an advantage

3 years’ experience in exports, sales or business development

Product knowledge – electronic variable speed drives, industrial electrical motors, industrial mechanical gearboxes

Microsoft Packagege

Sales and marketing presentation

R650 000.00 CTC per annum
