Requirements:
Gr 12
Cold calling, External Sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment
Any Construction, Security doors etc. related sales rep experience will be beneficial
Previous Management experience
Prior track record of achievement in positions with significant accountability
Computer literate
Communication skills in English and Afrikaans
Valid driver’s license
Willing to travel in and around South Africa with regular sleep-outs
Duties will include:
Achieves maximum sales profitability and growth within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and related services.
Management of Sales Representatives
Set targets for each member of the future sales team
Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; and following up on work results.
Calling on, and visiting new clients in order to reach targets
Prospecting on new clients
Package & Remuneration
Basic Salary: R8 500 plus commission,
Company vehicle, plus fuel card for business usage only
