CHARGES FOR TRANSCRIPTS AND RELATED DOCUMENTATION AS FROM 01 MAY 2019
The number of requests for transcripts, letters of completion and course outlines has increased significantly. The following procedures will be implemented in providing such services as from 1 May 2019:
TRANSCRIPTS
As from 01 May 2019, all alumni will be charged a fee of R125 for transcripts requested.
LETTERS OF COMPLETION
As from 01 May 2019, all alumni will be charged a fee of R50 for letters of completion requested. Should a transcript be included, this will be charged at R125.
TRANSCRIPTS WITH COURSE OUTLINES
As from 01 May 2019, any requests for a combination of transcripts with course lines will be charged at R125 per transcript and 50 cents per page for the course outline.
