We are looking for someone who is committed and in it to win it as this role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities including 30% partnerships, 30% communication, 20% program development, 15% research and policy development as well as 5% corporate accountabilities. You will find yourself primarily responsible for the development of long-term feasible partnerships as well as managing and proposing activities to support these partnerships. For you to be the someone we’re looking for, it is essential that you have 5+ year’s community development experience paired with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or Humanities. Your ability to build and maintain networks within the local communities, government and, law enforcement is key to your success in this role. You will be given the opportunity to display your profound understanding and knowledge of community development plans when required to present reports on potential events and activities. It is non-negotiable that you have excellent analytical abilities as you will be responsible for engaging in social research as well as delivering recommendations based on your findings. Additionally, you need to a jet setter and love the open road as travelling to site will be required.

Desired Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or Humanities
- Project Management degree is beneficial
- 5+ years’ proven community development experience as well as work experience within community groups
- Previous experience in a project management role
- Strong knowledge and understanding of community development models
