Introduction
My Client is expanding their Quality Assurance Team and are looking for another experienced and qualified Quality Assurance Officer who will be responsible for assessing the quality of the performance of our associates who deal with our existing customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Oversee compliance of voice calls as well as written correspondence to clients
- Conduct client income, expenditure calculations and recons
- Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
- Collect and compliance statistical quality data
- Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
- Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
- Identity training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
- Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
- Monitor risk management activities
Desired Experience & Qualification
Must haves:
- Degree in either Legal; Financial or Accounting
- Passed Mathematics on higher grade in Grade 12
- Ability to do income and expense calculations with our international clients, customers
- Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements aboard (UK)
- Strong eye for detail
- EXCEPTIONAL Analytical ability
- Excellent written etiquette
- Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
To qualify:
- One must have their own transport and not have to rely on public transport due to Coronavirus restrictions, as we work UK hours.
- Must reside in KZN
- One must have a stable WIFI connection set up at home should we go back into Lockdown level 5 and we need to work from home.
