The Operations Management Development Programme gives the trainee a fast-tracked introduction to store management. It provides store-based experience within any one of the different chains and is aimed at getting new entrants into their first retail management position. As a trainee on this programme you will be developed in-store operations; managing people; self-management  and merchandise management

Academic Requirements: Completed NQF level 4 or 3 yrs completed National Diploma or Degree in retail management/Busines Management or Similar qualification.
