Duties & Responsibilities
Grab this opportunity to join a renowned and diversified financial services group to lead and plan billing operations. You will also be responsible for the design, implementation and enforcement of policies and procedures to streamline processes across collection streams.
Desired Experience & Qualification
– Must be operating on Snr Management level
– Good understanding of collections/ billings
– Qualification in business / operations management or related field preferred
– Experience working with budgets, forecasting and metrics
– Insurance
– Banking (Debit Order and Payments)
– Digital payments / collections
– DebiCheck (Authenticated Collections)
– Billing / Debit Order strategies
– Analysing big data (Qlikview / SQL or other)
– Presenting results to the Executive Team (Critical)
– Designing processes and scoping requirements
– Project Management / Managing IT projects
