Our client in the Engineering space in currently seeking a HR Consultant to join their team.

Minimum Requirement:

• B-Degree in behavioural science or human resource management (NQF6)
• 3-5 Years relevant post qualification working experience in an industrial environment
• A proven ability to develop and maintain good human and interpersonal relations at all levels
• Sound verbal and written communication skills with good bilingual capabilities
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team and be self-motivated
• Analytical, benchmarking, problem solving and co-ordination skills
• Dynamic with high energy levels
