Introduction

Our client, a leading Chinese MultiNational Organization with operations in Gauteng, KZN and Western Cape has a vacancy open at their Regional Headoffice in Durban

They are looking for a multi-talented professional who understands the complexities of international business and can maturely work in a multicultural environment. The successful incumbent will be involved in financial, human resources and IT administrative tasks. The competent incumbent must be fluent in Chinese and English and will be working closely with the purpose-driven General Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Finance and Administration Officer will provide the Finance Team with appropriate finance, human resource, IT and administrative support in a small and dynamic department.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • National Diploma/ Degree in Accounting, Finance Economics, Statistics, Investment, Trade, Mathematics, Languages (Chinese, English), IT, HR, Admin, and/or similar field.
  • 2 – 3 years’ experience in an Multinational Company woud be advantageous.
  • Driver’s license.
  • Experience or training in SAP, VIP, PASTEL, SAGE would be advantageous.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
  • Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Ability to build, maintain and develop relationships.
  • Proven ability to understand and navigate challenging and diverse stakeholder requirements.
  • Good planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
