Introduction
A Dealership in Newcastle is looking for a Workshop Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Must be comfortable with doing weekly & monthly reports
- Oversee workshop, job cards, etc.
- Ordering of parts in advance on vehicles coming in
- Manage performances and processes within workshop
- Manage people and the workshop
- Manage parts department
- Oversee the entire aftersales department in the dealership
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Qualified Motor Vehicle Technician (non negotiable)
- Grade 12
- Min of 5 years experience as a Workshop / Service Manager / Parts Manager
- Must have strong administrative abilities and attention to detail
- Must have excellent knowledge / track record of managing and achieving workshop hours
- Good communication and people skills
