MH Solutions QA Release Pharmacist – Roodepoort

 Establishment, maintenance and promotion of the Quality Policy and Quality Objectives throughout the organisation to increase awareness, motivation and involvement, in order to create an environment where stakeholders are engaged.

o   Support the Quality Management System, draft policies and ensure that objectives are established in each procedure.

·Lead and manage all Quality Assurance Release System activities in accordance with GxP and Operational requirements.

o   To oversee and manage the following functions within the QMS Function:
Scanning Documentation;
Filing Documentation;
Storing Documentation;
Initial Batch Document Checks;
Communication of Batch Release Status to Clients;                            Storing of Retention Samples.

·Identification of the responsible persons in each facility and the reporting lines between the parties.

·Manage the QA batch release process.

·Not releasing a batch of product where a deviation has occurred, without confirming that integrity, quality, safety or efficacy of product is not adversely affected.
