A well-established law firm based in Cape Town CBD has an opening for a Junior Conveyancer.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Attend to Bonds, Transfers and Estate Transfers
- Manage Property Transactions and Transfers
- Draft contracts and legal opinions relating to all aspects of property law
- Attend to the Deeds Office and assist with removal of notes, registrations and all attendances
- Implement systems to assist the firm to offer services more effectively
Package & Remuneration
R18 000 – R20 000
