Duties & Responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS
Matric with relevant tertiary qualification in marketing or design
EE / AA Candidate
Min 5 years experience in a marketing environment managing the full process essential
Excellent communication and written skills, specifically in English with good understanding of Xhosa and Afrikaans
Confident to interface with internal and external stakeholders
The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-productivity environment under tight deadlines

DUTIES
Developing and implementing marketing, campaign and event strategies
Translating commercial plans into actionable marketing, campaign and promotion activities, across various platforms and external partnerships
Understanding and integrating product and customer requirements, ensuring a well thought out campaign is designed from the onset
Liaising with sales teams regarding marketing and sales strategies to proactively comment, recommend amendments
Propose revisions to existing product sales
Developing and maintaining all internal communication including the company intranet, internal documents, value campaign and internal events
Approving editorial content for products to support PR activities
Overseeing production of product catalogues, technical manuals and other marketing collateral
Implementing innovative management techniques to maximise campaign performances.
Developing a strong understanding of the products, competition, industry, marketing goals and objectives
Managing relationships with clients and suppliers
Informing relevant stakeholders of any requirements for marketing campaigns and promotions
Website updates and social media posts for the effective implementation of events.
Monitoring budgets of marketing platforms
Developing and implementing optimisation plans for better campaign and promotion performance to the team
Tracking the performance of all events and compiling and weekly reports.
