Introduction

JOB ROLE:

To establish and implement organisation-wide Knowledge Management practices that meet current and future information needs of WCPP Members, committees and staff.

Key Performance Areas

  • Implement WCPP’s Knowledge Management Strategy & Business Plan
  • Promote and support adoption and implementation of KM practice across WCPP
  • Provide and support Electronic Content Management services
  • Supervise effective Records Management services

Experience & Qualification

Minimum qualifications and experience required:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Information Sciences
  • Five years’ relevant work experience in organizational development, business process improvement, and/or organisational/systems change management; of which, at least, 2 years must include design and implementation of knowledge management systems.

Skills and competencies required:

  • Ability to interpret and implement strategies in knowledge and information management
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Good supervision and facilitation skills
  • Good project management and coordination skills
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Effective planning and monitoring skills
  • Working knowledge and experience of Knowledge Management
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Time management skills

Package & Remuneration
