We are looking for an all rounder Administrator who has strong excel experience working for a Logistics Company dealing with contracts, rates and billings.
This is a new position to add extra expertise to this department for our client who runs a very well established Logistics company based in the Northern Suburbs.
Duties & Responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12, computer literate in MS Word, Excel, Outlook – Intermediate level
An understanding/experience in the Logistics industry is highly advantageous
3-5 years Finance/Admin- related experience
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) & strong attention to detail
Methodical work ethic, and understand the follow up and follow-through process
Ability to work well under pressure and understands importance of deadlines
Be prepared to work overtime from time to time if need be
DUTIES
Verifying the accuracy of billings against contracted rates
Assisting with managing the rates and billing queries for allocated customers
Checking of loaded rates to contracts
Assisting with performing recalculations and checks on billing
Daily/weekly when applicable checking waybills to ensure that they are rated
Checking and ensuring completeness of customer billings
Assisting in identifying issues relating to billing details
Communication with the operations, sales, and other relevant parties regarding feedback, solutions or recommendations for billing requirements
Assisting in preparing and managing data required for customer billing summaries
Assistance with any additional administration requirements for the department
Managing any further debtors and billing related requirements that are needed
