Duties & Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:
- Competency based recruitment – there’ll be training and some initial hand-holding
- Screen and interview applicants
Desired Experience & Qualification
The person we’re looking for:
- Will have a tertiary qualification, preferably in Psychology or Industrial Psychology
- Initiative, problem solving skills, people skills, tenacity, team player (we’re hiring for the right attitude and we’re prepared to train the skills required)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Package & Remuneration
Commission based
