Duties & Responsibilities
- To ensure a daily smooth running of the site operation that meet the Service Level Agreement of the client
- To ensure the on-going, overall financial health of the operation
- To oversee the operational Human Resources-,Industrial Relations-, Health and Safety and Risk Management functions
- To interface directly with all aspects of the organisation’s operational activity,allowing an objective, high level assessment of overall effectiveness and efficiency to be ascertained and monitored
- To maintain the adherence to the Quality Management System
- Responsible for customer liaison
- Responsible for the monthly performance review of all the main key performance areas and indicators
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Bachelors degree / NQF level 7 (for example, a BA, B Com, BSc or equivalent 3-
year degree) - Aminimum of 8 years’ experience in a manufacturing/logistics/engineering environment
of which 3 years should have been at a management/supervisory level - 1-2 Years SAP Gui
- Advance experience in Microsoft for example Excel, Power Point and Word
