Our client is a multinational listed organisation with multiple business streams, Headquartered in the US and and a presence in over 70 countries.
Duties & Responsibilities
The Payroll Specialist will be require to do the following tasks:
- Process Payroll for the designated countries.
- Resolve Enquiries from personnel related to payroll
- administering Government systems related to Payroll for SA
- Time keeping and absence reports
- Termination calculations, eg Leave, medical aid, provident fund, bonus
- Working with Payroll vendor on improvements related to process
- Assisting HR team where needed
Job Offer
R 450 000 – R 550 000 per annum including bonus.
Desired Experience & Qualification
The Payroll Specialist will require the following skills and expertise:
- Relevant Degree/Tertiary Qualification
- 4+ years Payroll/ Finance experience
- Strong Excel Skills ( an excel test will be performed in the interview)
- Local Legislation knowledge for SA and surrounds
- Agile
- Must be able to work well under pressure with accuracy
