JOB ROLE:
To establish and implement organisation-wide Knowledge Management practices that meet current and future information needs of WCPP Members, committees and staff.
Key Performance Areas
- Implement WCPP’s Knowledge Management Strategy & Business Plan
- Promote and support adoption and implementation of KM practice across WCPP
- Provide and support Electronic Content Management services
- Supervise effective Records Management services
Experience & Qualification
Minimum qualifications and experience required:
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Information Sciences
- Five years’ relevant work experience in organizational development, business process improvement, and/or organisational/systems change management; of which, at least, 2 years must include design and implementation of knowledge management systems.
Skills and competencies required:
- Ability to interpret and implement strategies in knowledge and information management
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good supervision and facilitation skills
- Good project management and coordination skills
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Effective planning and monitoring skills
- Working knowledge and experience of Knowledge Management
- Advanced computer skills
- Time management skills
