Introduction
Our Client is a large mining company based in the Northern Cape with various operations in Africa. They have the perfect opportunity for a HR Manager with extensive mining experience. The role will report directly to the Chief HR Manager and GM.
Duties & Responsibilities
The perfect candidate need to be performance driven and will need to have extensive knowledge and experience in all of the relevant mining labour laws, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development.
Desired Experience & Qualification
7 -10 Years Senior Human Resource Management experience
5 years management experience in mining environment essential
Package & Remuneration
R1.5 mill pa negotiable
