Leading mining concern seeking highly experienced Housing Manager to be based in Limpopo area
Suitable applicants must have related tertiary qualification (NQF7 / Post Grad qualification great advantage)
Will be accountable for determining ALL HOUSING requirements in line with company long term housing strategy (mining concern)
Implementation of housing policies, budget control, management of tenants, oversee new constructions and renovations
Work in close accordance with architects, engineers, surveyors and conveyancers
Accountability for all project management, quality assurance as well as management of all contracts, tenders and supply chain
Plan, develop, implement and co-ordinate all housing matters, liaison with senior executives, government departments and labour organisations
Property valuations, maintaining of all service level agreements. Oversee all construction and financial management
Must have strong knowledge of PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, TENANT / LANDLORD PRACTICES, LAWS, RULES AND REGULATIONS
