Introduction
We want someone who is excited about working with a tech company and selling software and technology, and someone who is dynamic and is up for the challenge of navigating through covid circumstances (some practices won’t allow visitors, and so they should have pre existing relationships where they can pick up the phone and achieve the same results).
We are a startup but we are very well capitalized. So we are offering salary security but also the exciting opportunity to be part of and grow with a tech startup.
Duties & Responsibilities
The goal of the job initially will be to set up appointments, either in person or virtual, for the co-founders to get face to face (or screen to screen) with the doctor and sell.
Once the person is comfortable, they can start selling for themselves, and then they would move to a management role and build a sales team that they would manage. They will of course need basic knowledge of our products and so we will provide training.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Around 10 years of experience selling to doctors (and clinical healthcare professionals), practices as well as building relationships with secretaries. We need someone with an extensive network of doctors and practices who can hit the ground running.
Package & Remuneration
Initial salary offer would be R20 000 base, with commission.Petrol allowance would be given as well as airtime etc.
