Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Candidate must be able to work with our current HR Function set up
- Candidate must be able to assist with writing policies
- Comfortable speaking with people
- Candidate must be hands on to ad-hoc requirements
- Candidate must be able to recruit and Onboard new hires
- Candidate must be able to conduct performance reveiws
- Candidate must be able to manage Payroll and benefits for employees
Desired Experience & Qualification
Education:
- Minimum Matric Certificate, and tertiary education (College or University Graduate Preferred)
Experience:
- Minimum 6 months
Package & Remuneration
Renumeration is at the companies discretion
