Minimum requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma

5-8 year’s relevant experience, with at least two years experience in a managerial role

Proficiency in relevant payroll and accounting software (SAGE 300 and ESS)

Experience and understanding of various Bargaining Councils i.e. MIBCO, BCRCAT, BCFOOD

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of payroll staff

Prepare and review payroll account reconciliations

Payroll for 1000+ staff
