Well established Recruitment Agency is looking to grow an existing dynamic team. Looking for a seasoned medical recruitment consultant to join our offices in CapeTown. Basic + Commission.
Duties & Responsibilities
We are a leading Recruitment Agency based in CapeTown and we are urgently looking to expand our already dynamic team.
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who has between 2 – 5 years solid working experience as a Medical Industry Recruiter in an Agency, with extensive cold calling and building their own desks!
Must have a Matric. Client visits NB!!
The successful individual will focus mostly on cold calling, client visits, sourcing of candidates, closing and negotiating placements and contracts, locum and temp.
I am looking for someone that is resilient, energetic, young and dynamic and must be able think on his/her feet. Must be able to handle pressure.
