  • Work with internal and external clients and business units to resolve issues such as minimising stock returns or re-works by developing, implementing and improving operational procedures to ensure increased efficiencies and reduced cost. Damage stock management (box damages) and or re-work of stock placed back into inventory
  • Build and maintain a strong working relationship and collaboration with internal clients
  • Maintain quality assurance to reduce losses

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work with internal and external clients and business units to resolve issues such as minimising stock returns or re-works by developing, implementing and improving operational procedures to ensure increased efficiencies and reduced cost.
  • Damage stock management (box damages) and or re-work of stock placed back into inventory
  • Build and maintain a strong working relationship and collaboration with internal clients
  • Maintain quality assurance to reduce losses
  • Responsible for meeting client’s in-house stock management requirements
  • Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring the physical stock is in line with the warehouse managed services account system
  • Ensure all stock movements are recorded to ensure accuracy
  • Have a good understanding of operational procedures and be a stock control expert in stock risk mitigation
  • Identify anomalies and action an audit trail and eliminate root cause

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Matric
  • Diploma / Bcom in Logistics / Chain Management or a relevant tertiary qualification (Advantage)
  • 3 – 5 years related experience (Telcoms engagement or high value goods management)

Package & Remuneration

Salary based on experience – R25 000 per month
