Our company, specialists in the marketing, selling and manufacturing of “Natural and Complementary Medicine” products and is the proud owner of well trusted brands, is looking for a young Management Accountant/Financial Controller to join their team!

Duties & Responsibilities
Management Accountant/ Financial Controller to help analyse, control and improve processes and financial aspects that relate that takes care of these exciting Brands and products. The person they are looking for will be hugely enthusiastic and passionate about Analysing, Improving and Controlling the various processes operationally underlying all of these really fine products.

This individual must have a passion for working with figures and analysing figures to gain deep insights with regard to trends relating to business,
- Building reports, possibly having worked with Pastel Evolution will be very beneficial.
- Must love working with people and enjoy the challenges that they will bring you.
- Enjoy bigger picture thinking and you will be able to translate this accurately into great detail.
- You will be assertive as you want to help and improve things.
- Process re-engineering will bring a smile to your face and you are a quick learner.
- You would be most reliable and your attitude is a ‘can-do’ attitude!
- You will get involved with a very wide range of projects across the company.
(This includes assisting with the building of yearly business plans, forecasting, and making sense of the figures and behaviours need to improve those figures )
You will report to the Financial Manager and you will have many projects where you will additionally be able to assist the CEO.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Possible Qualifications, Skills and Experience that you may have
You might:
- Have a qualification in or be studying towards a Business and Accounting Management qualification such as CIMA.
- You could be newly qualified or a younger professional who is qualified or is studying to be a CA.
- If possible, you will have 2 to 5 years of relevant, similar somewhat similar Management Accounting and/or Controlling experience.
Working environment
Currently, due to Covid-19 lockdown, it is recommended that the person taking up this role should be able to work remotely from home, but they will be willing to come into the company for some of the company projects. They care about people’s safety and will expect you to do the same when you are on company premises and at home.
Package & Remuneration
The salary is negotiable but will be market related
