To ensure a daily smooth running of the site operation that meet the Service Level Agreement of the client
To ensure the on-going, overall financial health of the operation
To oversee the operational Human Resources-,Industrial Relations-, Health and Safety and Risk Management functions
To interface directly with all aspects of the organisation’s operational activity,allowing an objective, high level assessment of overall effectiveness and efficiency to be ascertained and monitored
To maintain the adherence to the Quality Management System
Responsible for customer liaison
Responsible for the monthly performance review of all the main key performance areas and indicators

Bachelors degree / NQF level 7 (for example, a BA, B Com, BSc or equivalent 3-
year degree)
Aminimum of 8 years’ experience in a manufacturing/logistics/engineering environment
of which 3 years should have been at a management/supervisory level
1-2 Years SAP Gui
Advance experience in Microsoft for example Excel, Power Point and Word
