Introduction
My Law SAÂ seeks to appoint a Claims Consultant who understands motor vehicle claims in the case of a collision.
Claims Administration Duties
- Onboarding on new clients and assessment of new claims
- Negotiate fee structure with new clients
- Determine viability and apportionment of claims
- Draft and send letter of demand on behalf of client to 3rd party (defendant)
- Contact 3rd party (defendant) to negotiate a settlement
- General claims administration
Desired Experience & Qualification
- 3 years insurance recovery experience / 3 years debt collection experience
- Previous experience in motor vehicle claims will be a strong recommendation
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills, especially over the telephone
- Writing skills
- Conflict handling and conflict resolution skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Package & Remuneration
SALARY: R8,500 + COMMISSION
