Introduction
A well established company based in Centurion is looking for a Executive PA ( Sales Lead) to join their team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Working directly with the Sales Team and CEO to get, grow and service the Twoobii Channel partners.
- Must enjoy working at pace with an open agenda and ready to work at all levels.
- We require experience in engaging with customers at all levels in the organisation and deal with all business aspects incl. sales, operations, finance.
- “Cold-calling” via digital channels, get, grow and service Channel Partners.
- Respond to daily requests and coordinate between Channel and internal teams.
- Drive proactive channel service and growth action plans.
- Log incoming leads, follow-up on leads, provide weekly sales lead reports.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, presentations, tenders.
- Drive and execute digital campaigns.
- Operate ZOHO, service incoming leads, do follow-up, close orders.
- Experience in online sales platforms with an interest and willingness to learn and develop digital marketing and sales capabilities.
- Knowledge of ZOHO will be a benefit.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Applicable degree
- 3-5 years secretarial experience and minimum 5years experience as executive PA.
- Strong skills in Office IT systems, ie. Salesforce, ZOHO, etc.
- Set-up for Working-from-Home plus willing to travel to Centurion for ad hoc meetings
