Phakisa Holdings (Pty) Ltd Service Technician – Rustenburg

Key Tasks:
▪ Stripping and assembly including route cause analysis and fault finding on equipment.
▪ Installation of pumps and other products.
▪ Carry out and assist in planned maintenance of Clients equipment
▪ Protect spares business against piracy and Competitors
▪ Perform repair services of equipment on Customer’s Site/s or Workshop
▪ Maintain a high-level service repair work on service contracts
▪ Keep contractor packs up to date where applicable
▪ Assist with training of Mine Personnel or Staff.
▪ Assist with the upkeep of the Health and Safety regulations on all Sites
▪ Accumulate consumption of spares and pump performance history
▪ Routine maintenance duties on all Sites
▪ Perform standby duties
▪ Offer new products and value adding solutions to customers
▪ Compile field service reports from site visits and findings and ensure that it is signed by Customers and hand the reports to Service Centre Supervisor. Follow up on recommendations from report/s
▪ Maintain and assist with LEAN implementation
▪ Increase Service Centre revenue
▪ Adhere to all HSE and housekeeping requirements at the Branch and on Site
▪ Adhere to Duty of Care Policy at all times
