Group HR Manager required at the Pretoria-East head office of a national concern.
Minimum Requirements
- NQF 7 HR Qualification
- 5+ year’s human resources generalist management experience
- Excellent knowledge of remuneration, talent management, transformation, recruitment and selection, learning and development, organisational design, IR and performance management.
Duties include but are not limited to
- HR Strategic Planning
- HR Operational Delivery
- Providing Management Advisory Service to EXCO and Line Management
- Risk Management, Audit and Compliance
- Benchmark best practices
- People management
- Organisation Design
- Risk management and IR
- Recruitment & selection
- Talent management
