Snr Response Controller – Call Centre
Introduction
Our client, a national fleet services company, based in the Upper Highway Area, seeks an Snr Controller, the purpose of this role is to provide cover for any department in the call centre.
Duties & Responsibilities
To provide cover for the following departments;
- Alert incident management
- Scheduling
- Technical support
- Customer Service
To act in Supervisory role as and when required.
Salary is market-related

Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements:
- Matric
- Excellent telephone and email etiquette
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Drivers Licence and own vehicle.
- Must be prepared to work shifts when providing cover
- 2-4 years call centre/ response centre experience
