Introduction
Our Client is looking for a dynamic General Manager with at least 10 years property management experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Development planning.
- Sales and marketing strategy.
- Development of estate.
- Co-ordination of engineers, municipality, contractors and town planners.
- Manage stakeholders, homeowners association and government organasations.
- Annual budgets.
- Long term forecasts.
- Management of large teams.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Finance or General Management.
- Atleast 10 years experience in property management.
Package & Remuneration
R1 300 000 – R1 700 000 per annum depending on qualification and experience.
