Introduction
Large, Busy and Expanding Third Party Warehousing and Supply Chain Distribution Centre of Perishable Goods that offers a 24hr, 7 days a week service to a number of well-known FMCG clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
Requires an experienced Third Party DC Administration Manager that will manage and mentor team of 8 Administration / Finance Clerks and 2 Inventory Clerks. All DC Administration functions will be overseen by this Manager so experience and hands on, process driven controls will be essential in this multi-functional role! Duties include but are not limited to:- weekly third party warehouse billing and reporting on WMS; dispatch/delivery/POD administration management; timesheet and shift management; weekly and monthly stock control reporting using Accellos/GP; DC budgeting and forecasting; CHEP pallet control; returns admin processing and control; customer outages identification and rectification; daily customer claims, investigation and query resolution; consumable stock ordering and expense control. You will report to both the Logistics and Finance Manager providing deadline driven finance and operational reports weekly. This is a critical job so only the very best candidates will be considered – Only a solid mixed skill base of Finance and Operations will be considered!!!
Desired Experience & Qualification
Finance / Logistics Diploma or Degree with at least 7 years’ experience as a Third Party DC Administration Manager will be considered. Advanced Excel, WMS and Syspro essential. Own car A MUST!

R520 000 CTC – R450 000 CTC
