A Global leader in the manufacturing space is looking for an established Group Financial Manager
Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements:
- CA(SA)
- 2-3 years experience coming from a plant or factory environment
Key responsibilities:
• Managing the company’s securities and insurance processes
• Ensure compliance regarding reporting, auditing and regulatory processes
• Responsible for the management of day to day financial activities within the department
• Managing current and foreign financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
• Liaising with auditors and tax advisors
• Managing and monitoring budgets
• Arranging new sources of finance for the companie’s debt facilities
• Cash flow management and reporting
• Managing of the company’s debt and financial risks
• Tax queries
• Forecasting, budgeting and reporting (monthly) including the preparation of AFS
