We are looking for an EXPERIENCED recruiter with some IT knowledge who will be involved in internal recruitment and the training, mentoring and delivery management of junior consultants. We are looking for someone with a hands-on approach and is driven by their team meeting and exceeding target. The job title associated to the position is Sales Manager.
Experience required
- 4 – 7 years agency recruitment experience
- On the Desk recruitment experience
- IT recruitment industry experience a major benefit
- Training or mentoring experience OR a distinct passion to mentor and train people
