Maintenance Supervisor
Our client in the Agricultural industry is seeking to employ a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team in the Eastern Cape (40KM out of Port Elizabeth)
Duties & Responsibilities
Diagnose processes and repair machinery & equipment
– Implement, plan for, and maintain reactive & preventative maintenance and optimise plant, vehicles, or equipment
– Manage internal maintenance procedures and control maintenance cost, equipment & spares inventory
– Implement equipment upgrades & enhancements
– Dismantle, fit & assemble machinery & metal parts
– Electrical fault finding and repairs
– OEE – make sure machine efficiency is achieved
– General Maintenance
– Responsible for Health & Safety of the farm and the audit side – Manage a team
– Responsible for water supply and OR plant as well – to ensure supply, quality & quantity is to standard daily
Job Requirements:
Millwright Trade Certification
– 5 years relevant experience
