Maintenance Supervisor
Our client in the Agricultural industry is seeking to employ a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team in the Eastern Cape (40KM out of Port Elizabeth)
Duties & Responsibilities
Diagnose processes and repair machinery & equipment
- Implement, plan for, and maintain reactive & preventative maintenance and optimise plant, vehicles, or equipment
- Manage internal maintenance procedures and control maintenance cost, equipment & spares inventory
- Implement equipment upgrades & enhancements
- Dismantle, fit & assemble machinery & metal parts
- Electrical fault finding and repairs
- OEE – make sure machine efficiency is achieved
- General Maintenance
- Responsible for Health & Safety of the farm and the audit side - Manage a team
- Responsible for water supply and OR plant as well - to ensure supply, quality & quantity is to standard daily
Job Requirements:
Millwright Trade Certification
- 5 years relevant experience
